Installed my Retrax on my 2007 Toyota Tundra with very little effort on February 8th and left from Houston, Texas on February 13th to drive to Tampa, Florida. Upon leaving the Houston area we encountered rains, that at times, were very heavy with some road flooding and of course, road spray from the heavy truck traffic that night. I ordered my cover last Wednesday, and on Friday it was delivered. 1 ½ hours later it was installed…would have taken 30 minutes less, but I needed to fiddle with the bed liner in my Toyota Tundra to make things work. Poor bed liner design, not a Retrax cover issue. John O. I had a Retrax installed on my 2005 Nissan Titan Crew Cab this weekend. Truck FX in Katy, Texas ordered and installed the cover in a few hours. Retrax is the only cover that I could find that was installed without removing the Utilitrack system that comes standard on the new Titans. V. Just had a RETRAX cover installed yesterday. I though I had ordered a RETRAX from my truck guy…only to find he ordered me a Roll N Lock! Following his advice, I bought it and tried to install it myself. 4.5 hours later, I disassembled the RNL and returned it to my truck guy for a full refund.

- Roberto G. I wanted to write a short note and let you know that so far I am very satisfied with my new RETRAX bed cover. I ordered it a few days prior to taking delivery of my new 2004 Chevy Silverado extended cab pickup. The cover arrived faster than promised and had to sit in my shop for almost a week while I waited for my spray in bed liner to be completed (the anticipation was rough). Your estimate of one hour to complete installation was pretty accurate. I may have taken a little longer; but took extra time rereading everything before turning any wrenches to avoid damaging or having to redo something later. My son and I lifted it into place and with a little trial and error, had it adjusted to the nth degree with about an extra fifteen minutes of labor. I had a harder time installing that little Bully Lock in the tailgate than the entire process of mounting the bed cover. The next day I took it through a high pressure brushless car wash and the only moisture that got in were a few drops at the bottom corner of the tail gate where the Gate Gasket didn’t fully cover two significant gaps. I am very happy with the appearance and function of this cover and think my truck and I will be very happy with it for a long time. Also I have gotten some surprisingly nice compliments on how nice it looks and functions from friends and coworkers. That was a nice bonus. Thank you again for your friendly and helpful attitude to all my initial phone calls while I tried to make up my mind on which product and accessories to purchase. I obviously made the right decision.

The directions were very clear and the pictures were a great help to the installation. I really appreciated your attention to detail by labeling the various bags with stickers that indicated the contents, the measuring gauge and the shipping piece I had to remove. - Greg H. I just experienced some very GOOD Customer service and thought I'd share this with everyone. Almost 3 years ago myself and a couple other F150 Online members went together on a group purchase with Retrax truck bed covers. The pickup bed cover has worked flawlessly the entire time, but recently I traded trucks. In the process of removing it from my 99 L storing it in my garage for a couple of days and then reinstalling it on my 02 L, I lost a couple of parts. I sent them an email asking about ordering some replacement parts so I could get the proper fit on the re-install. To my amazement they asked me exactly what I needed, and then told me they'd mail those right out at no charge. Now, granted, they were small pieces of hardware (but semi-critical hardware), but none the less my purchase was almost 3 years old at that time. A couple days later the parts show up in the mail and my Retrax is re-installed correctly and kicking a$$ again! - KC S.
